ERRIGAL AND CILLISEAL BIG WINNERS

After the opening round of minor league fixtures last weekend it was Errigal Ciaran and CillIseal who emerged as the big winners while St Macartans edged out a three point win over An Charraig Mhor.
Cappagh, Clan na gael, An Carraig and Ardboe all recorded grade two opening day wins while in grade three Kildress, Galbally, Pomeroy, Badoney and Mna Na Deirge all got of to the best possible start to the season.
This weekend Aodh Ruadh begin their campaign with a trip to Dromore in Grade one while in grade two Cappagh and Clan Na Gael go head to head in what promises to be a keenly contested tie as the league tables take shape.
