REPEAT OF SENIOR FINAL IN FIRST ROUND [07.02.07]

The draws for the WJ Dolan senior football championship was made on Tuesday night and already the appetite for the early Summer first round ties has been wetted as perennial champions An Charraig Mhor will step out to defend there crown against beaten finalists Errigal Ciaran.

There is no doubting that this is the tie of the round with the potential too for a cracking semi-final tussle for the winners, Aodh Ruadh and Glennelly on the other side of the draw. Carrickmore aiming for an eleventh title will be hard to beat but Errigal with a glut of last years minor winning squad set to be part of the senior squad, the hunger is there.
