After the disappointment for the minors the counties two Under 14 sides begin their campaigns this weekend.

Such is the strength at this level within the county Tyrone have the privilege of fielding two squads. Paddy Donnelly and his management team have been busy preparing their side for an opener with Monaghan this Sunday at Truagh in the A championship. While Paddy Foxs side will be on familiar territory on Saturday as they entertain Down in the B grade at Killyclogher.

Their initial opponents Derry are not fielding, yet!

A full scale development initiative was put in place in the Winter months and both squads have evolved through a busy six week selection programme. Preparations have been intense in recent weeks and both management teams go into the opening fixtures, confident Tyrone can be a force in both grades
